There are a technologically equipped Quality Control Laboratory, Reverse Osmosis pure water system, which produces water in appropriate quality for production, a sterile production area, although production of hemodialysis solutions do not need a sterile production environment in FARMASOL, which has a modern facility for production.

All materials in production and filling sites are made of AISI 316 L quality stainless steel to provide a production in European standards.

Analyses of pure water and other raw materials to be used in production are regularly done in the quality control laboratory.

Entry material that are not compatible with European Pharmacopy are not used. Additionally, analysis of each lot of hemodialysis solution produced is done in the quality control laboratory. After analyses if hemodialysis solution is compatible with the values on its given label, it is allowed to be sent for filling. If not, it is sent to filling after required correction is done. These interim controls provide each lot of solution produced to be compatible with European Pharmacopy.

GMP techniques are fully followed during production.

Total 135 different formulations consisting of 132 Acidic Bicarbonate Hemodialysis solutions with the brand, DIASOL, and 3 Basic Bicarbonate Hemodialysis.

R&D department within FARMASOL, has been continuing its studies on designing different products, and they try to develop alternative methods in production and usage of hemodialysis solution.

And also, FARMASOL has been producing arterial venous set and fistula needle with brand, DIARENNEEDLE within “Class 10000 clean rooms” which was newly built.

Aim of FARMASOL is to produce all the consumables used in hemodialysis in Turkey
